  In business since 2011, AlphaCo, Inc. was founded by Bryan Hickman and  Mike Smith with the goal of being a different type of trucking company-  one that emphasizes relationships over dollars and cents. We believe  that empowering those around us will enable all of us to be more  successful, and our companies exist to carry out that vision.
